Customer teams control retention periods for recordings and transcripts based on their needs. Account data is retained for 30 days after deletion request to allow for recovery and complete ongoing processes.

Data Redaction and Privacy Controls

To help our customers maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulations, we offer automatic redaction of sensitive information from transcripts and recordings. When enabled by your organization, we can automatically detect and redact:

• Protected Health Information (PHI) including patient names and medical record numbers
• Personal identifiers (SSN, driver's license numbers)
• Financial information (credit card numbers, bank accounts)
• Contact information (email addresses, phone numbers, addresses)
• Dates related to individuals (birth dates, admission dates)
• Biometric identifiers and health plan beneficiary numbers
• Other sensitive data as configured by your administrator
